What if I show up and the dealer says the car is gone?

We confirm inventory with the dealer within one business day of your reservation — before your appointment. If the car sold or isn't available, your hold is released and you'll get a text with alternatives. The $500 only ever converts into a credit when you actually drive the car home.

What if the car isn't as described when I see it?

Walk away. Your $500 is refunded automatically.

The reservation is a hold, not a commitment to purchase. Show up, inspect the car, take it for a test drive, bring a mechanic if you want. If anything feels off — condition, disclosures, price — you leave and owe nothing. The hold only converts if you decide to buy.

What happens after I place the hold?

You'll get a confirmation email and text within minutes. Within one business day, the dealer confirms the car is still available and the appointment time works on their end.

If anything changes — car sold, appointment needs to shift — you'll hear directly from us before your appointment, with alternatives ready. Otherwise, just show up at the scheduled time. The dealer will have your name, the specific VIN, and know you're a Negoshify buyer.
